Leave the M4 Motorway at Junction 35, signposted A473 Pencoed/Bridgend.

Join the A473, bearing left.

Straight through the first roundabout, passing B&Q on the left hand side.

At the next roundabout take second exit, joining the A48.

Straight on through the next mini roundabout, passing McDonalds and petrol station on the right hand side.

Carry on under bridge and up to the next roundabout signposted Llantwit Major and Ogmore-By-Sea.

Turn left and then left again into the New Inn Guest House.
